HELLO

Hello, we're Grace and Gladys, and this is our first post! Today is an extremely special day - a day of new beginnings and hopefully this denotes the genesis of a happy ending - it's our 19th birthday! Ungoody Two Shoes officially launches today and we are really thrilled to be able to share a slice of our lives to you; a slice named 'fashion' (and maybe a little bit of this and that), that is.

You might just be wondering why did we name our blog Ungoody Two Shoes, it's kinda odd isn't it? We were pretty undecided on what our blog should be named - you know, the name sets the stage for whatever is gonna come after that. This pair of fraternal twins has been labelled as the 'good girls', 'demure', 'quiet'; whatever terms that are used to describe the essence of 'goody two shoes', you name it, we got it.

So through this blog, we decided to show others that everyone is in fact, multifaceted. No, we don't harbour the meaning of 'two-faced'; but rather, everyone is multi-dimensional, everyone has sides that they might or might not have chosen to let certain people in on.

We hope to break out of stereotypes, and that's how unGoody Two Shoes is born! Hopefully, we are able to inspire and empower many others to crawl out of their shells/facades if they haven't. There is probably nothing more important than showing others that you are proud of who you are today! It might seem scary that who you really are can sorta differ from what's the norm, but it is these differences that set you apart from the crowd.
